Nothing is too difficult for thee

Nothing is too difficult for thee

Nothing, nothing, absolutely nothing

Nothing is too difficult for thee

I was in seventh grade Bible class with Ms. Day. I do not remember singing in Bible class on a regular basis, but for whatever reason, on this particular day, my teacher decided she would teach us this song.  She sang that song, not in the best tone but with all belief that God could do even what we thought was impossible.

I have come to believe for myself that absolutely nothing is too difficult for the Creator of the universe. He can bring life to death and sight to the blind. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. What I love most about our Father is He knows what we need before we even ask. He goes before us and makes a way. We are His children and He makes sure we have what we need.

What are you waiting for? What is your impossible thing or your impossible list? He is inviting you to make your request known unto Him. Don’t be afraid to ask. “Therefore, let us come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need,” Hebrews 4:16.

A little more than a month ago, my family found out we had to move. We were not prepared for this move but God knew. He knew what we needed financially and the location He wanted to place us in. My first question for Him:  Where Lord? I don’t believe in coincidences. God’s timing, even for me to see the next living arrangement He’d prepared for us through a  Facebook post was no mistake. The clock was ticking and God was aware. I called the landlord on Thursday and arranged to see the condo on Friday morning. A few days later, my husband and I signed the lease for our family of six, which includes our dog Cooper.

Still unaware of how God would supply the financial need, we kept trusting on the truth that nothing was too difficult for Him.  And soon, a check literally showed up in the mail. I could see that God showed up. My favorite part about the check was the date. Yes, the amount was more than we needed. The date however, is what sent me overboard with gratitude. Six months before we even knew we needed to move, God had written the check through this source of provision and put it in the mail. Just like God, it arrived just on time.

If you are going through a tough spot right now, I want to encourage you. Don’t give up and don’t give in. God loves His children and He wants what’s best for you. He sees you and He will take care of you.
